Bright and quiet COCOON

Located in one of the oldest merchant streets in Rouen where several craftsmen and artists are activated, and in a fully renovated historic building, the accommodation has been refurbished. A really privileged setting close to the city center Initially, there is nothing to suggest that by pushing the massive coach door of 153 Rue Beauvoisine, the visitor finds himself in a vast space completely disconnected from the street, a real haven of peace and tranquility. It's not for nothing that the residence directly adjoins the visitation convent -1630- (Antiques Museum). Then, walking through the alleys of the inner courtyard of the residence, the guest ends at the entrance hall of Block C and goes to the first floor where the apartment is located 17. Entering the apartment, two of our senses are immediately struck: calm and brightness. The accommodation opens onto a terrace garden directly adjoining the convent. With this apartment, we can't dream better to go and discover Rouen and then come back to rest. You will have in the accommodation a large two-seater sofa bed and I will provide you with a set of food for your breakfast as well as a few other accessories for the bathroom. The property is accessible in its entirety and you'll feel good about it. The number is no longer displayed, so I will give you some details about its location for ease... The building is just located at the well known L'EMPORIUM BAR with its red front, on the left sidewalk up the street and in front of a kitchen workshop whose window is quite pink. I will wait for you there each time to open the large contemporary very clear wooden gate. There will be 2 access doors with codes. I will communicate the numbers to you as soon as you arrive.
