Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Our house is furnished with luxury furniture. The lighting of the house is supported by modern and stylish lampshades. The house is right across the sea, the front balcony is the sea , and the two terraces on the upper floor have mountain views. Our house is 160 m2 and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
