A mile and a half along the seawall, Dawlish Warren has golden sands, nature reserve, and family amusements. A great choice of restaurants and galleries await you in beautiful Teignmouth and the village of Shaldon.

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Nestling in a picturesque and sheltered peaceful valley setting, this delightful converted stables offers the perfect location for a family holiday. Snuggle up by the woodburner in the cosy lounge, or relax in hot tub after a day out, you can enjoy a 10 minute stroll to Dawlish with its beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. It's a converted granite barn with open plan living room with woodburner and kitchen upstairs. Two comfy bedrooms downstairs. Bathroom with roomy shower. No mobile signal but limited broadband, and WiFi calling. Well behaved dogs welcome for a fee payable before arrival.
