Impeccably renovated, it has air conditioning, Wifi, Nespresso and also a charming patio with vertical garden. The apartment has been awarded for its decoration and great use of spaces by several prestigious decoration magazines nationally and internationally. With its spacious design and comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in the centre of San Sebastian is ideal for families, professionals and couples looking for a relaxed base to get to know and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Available high chair and baby cot. The apartment is so well located that we can walk to any interesting point in the city. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. Ubicado en el antiguo, hay alrededor todo tipo de comercios, bares(pintxos) y restaurantes. 1 habituación con cama de matrimonio, una cama de 90cm en el salón y baño. EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN ESTA VALORANDO PONER TASA TURÍSTICA PARA EL 2025 SI LO HACE, SE AÑADIRÁ AL PRECIO DE LA RESERVA LA TASA TURÍSTICA APROBADA.

Exclusive, center-best location, 2min Concha beach

Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom recently renewed. Optional parking in underground car parking (100 meters from the apartment away). If interested on the parking, please ask for it before arrival.

Apartment with garage and WiFi in Mutriku

The apartment, located in the seafaring village of Mutriku, is ideal for families with children or couples. It is in a quiet area, walk 5 minutes from Centro and 10 from the beach where you can enjoy 2 swimming pools of sea water. The apartment is a third one with no elevator. It has car access to the portal for loading and unloading only. The price includes the use of a closed garage for a square, 100m from the apartment and wifi one with a work area conditioned.

The apartment is located by the Itzurun beach. It has no sea view. This area is especially attractive due to its location within the Geopark of the Guipuzcoan coast. From here, you can appreciate the Flisch characteristic of the Geopark. Zumaia is in a unique setting, close to cities like San Sebastian and Bilbao but in a very quiet area. You will have supermarkets, restaurants, children's parks at your fingertips, etc... The apartment is fully equipped.
