Hermosa casa recién remodelada en su totalidad, a 20 pasos de la playa con todas las comodidades necesarias. Esta en un sector privilegiado casi al final del peñón a lado de la casa de Guayasamín con una playa increíble. Tiene patio privado con hamacas, bbq y pergola. Ideal para familias o para divertirse con amigos. Guardiania 24 horas. Hay la opción que si es un grupo grande, pueden rentar la casa de a lado que también me pertenece que se encuentra en el mismo terreno para mayor comodidad.
