Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturady to Saturday bookings during high season form mid May until mid-September.

The great location of the property opens up many leisure activities.

You can ski directly in front of the apartment to slip on the slopes. Hiking trails are directly at the house. Popular excursion destinations in the area are the Schluchsee, the Feldberg, the summer toboggan run in Todtnau, the Schwarzwald Galaxy adventure pool in Titisee, the Europapark and much more.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Die Nutzung des Hotpotts ist nur Absprache möglich. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10km Entfernung. In der näheren Umgebung sind der Schluchsee, Feldberg, Titisee, Rheinfall Schaffhausen und die Schweiz. Der Bodensee ist nach einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreichbar.
