beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Old lakeside ice cream house with sauna, fireplace and boat/sup

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and new wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and evening. You have a separate entrance and garden We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. You will stay on 50 square meters on level ground. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. By the sea in 45 minutes on a beautiful bike path or 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is in the edge of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula warmly invites every nature lover. So you will find a wide field behind our house where the cranes like to take a break on their way south in the fall. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

On an original farm we have created a cottage for dreaming with a lot of love. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you! A large garden invites you to linger. Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our in-law in a quiet & central location can accommodate max. 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

For 5 years we have been carefully renovating and reviving the estate of 1899. On the upper floor of the manor house, a typical brick building for the region, a 115sqm spacious, light-flooded apartment awaits you. You can see the old beams again. This friendly furnished apartment is situated in a quiet terraced house on the outskirts of the city!! So no center of Barth!! Nevertheless, the city center, shopping facilities, the harbor, the youth hostel and the Barth Theatre can be reached in just 10 to 15 minutes.
