Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. All new renovated. 2. Floor. Bright room. Nice bathroom with shower. Lift. Lots of nice places in walking area. Good for singles, couples and families until two children. Good restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby.

We offer a beautiful little, private house incl. Terrace and free parking space in front of our property. We also have an e-loading station, for a cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, by bus you can reach the Therme Wien Oberlaa in 10 minutes. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so are always available.
