The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The Blue House of Kuhle

Exceptional cottage in the small district of Kuhle directly at the northernmost point of the Wieker Bodden with great views of the Bodden and the fishing village of Wiek, large child-friendly property (1400m²) and direct access to the kite, surf and fishing area over the small Kuhler harbor! Here you can spend a holiday with relaxation, biking, fishing, swimming, diving, kiting, surfing, horseback riding and also art and culture in the still quite original Rügen.

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as a shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, the harbor is about 10 minutes walk. From the train station you walk about 30 minutes to us. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. The car park is located directly at the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.

Cozy semi-detached house "Dachs" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

Holiday house only 50 meters from the beach

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.

BlueNote Loissin

BlueNote is located 40m from the sea, you can always walk a few steps to the bench with a coffee or wine in hand, which is right on the small steep shore and lets your views go far: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. Loissin is a hidden place with its unknown and very natural coastline, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, a fireplace and WiFi. Change always on Fridays.

The house is in the small district of Zaase surrounded by meadows and fields. The property is accessed with a bike path to the Ports of Schaprode and Wittower Ferry. A horse farm is nearby. Many interesting destinations are located just a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.
