Relax, Unwind, Recharge in a Stunning, Secluded, Quiet Guesthouse in Bishops Court, Cape Town

This cottage oozes charm and character. It has an open plan feel although a beautiful mahogany screen divides the bedroom suite from the living area. Rose Cottage is a stand alone cottage on an acre property. Guests have access to the exquisitely maintained garden and the private and secluded swimming pool and pool house. There is parking available for one vehicle on the property. The main house is occupied by the owners and two dogs and a cat. There is a full time housekeeper and gardener on the premises.Rose Cottage is only serviced from Monday to Friday for between 11am and 12pm and not on the weekends and public holidays. The cottage is situated in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Bishops Court. Clifton, Kalk Bay, Simons Town, Cape Point, Constantia valley wine farms, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Table Mountain are all on our doorstep as are major shopping malls/restaurants. Bishops court is not close to public transport and guest either hire a car or make use of the ubiquitous Uber taxis. The property is fully alarmed with access to armed response.

We have recently added Solar Power to the establishment, going green and having almost no reliance on Eskom :-) We also have 5 stage filtered water supply. Lovely room (3 other similar rooms) with en-suite bathrooms, and large comfortable beds. Quiet and central neighbourhood, not far from the bustle of downtown Cape Town, and many of the fantastic Cape Town sights. *10 mins from CT Airport ($6 Uber) *12 mins from Kirstenbosch *15 mins from Cape Town V&A TV including Netflix & Disney plus.

Equipped with a queen size bed, sofa, table & chairs, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. My place is in the heart of the Cape Winelands, in the picturesque town of Somerset West. Ideally located, only a scenic 20 min drive into the tourist town of Stellenbosch. 40 min to Cape Town CBD. 10 min to the beach. 1 hour to Hermanus (whale viewing and shark diving). Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers.

Comfortable cottage set in an Indigenous garden.

Comfortable cottage, which has been revamped recently. It is set in a beautiful indigenous garden. The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We have two friendly Labradors, a Ridgeback and chickens. we are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt.

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. Power outages are being experienced by SA but we have tried to minimalise the effect for our guests - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
