Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Elmer is a secret gem of the South Coast, boasting a sandy beach, crystal clear water and 8 sea pools perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The flat is a 30 second walk to the beach! There are also many wonderful country walks. Elmer is also incredibly quiet, I fell in love with the village on my first visit. The flat has been recently refurbished. Supermarkets are 10 min drive away for all amenities. Come experience the magic of Elmer!

Pretty in Pink - delightful, cosy chichester house

Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please). Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

Ideal for high days and holidays, you’ll love it because the outdoor space around the cottage is huge for kids and dogs to play, the cottage is modern, new and quirky and only a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach! Great for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Skipper’s retreat is a newly refurbished modern family chalet, situated on the quiet Medmerry holiday park. This chalet has two bedrooms. The master is generously sized with ample wardrobe space and a tv. The twin is smaller but cleverly laid out and perfect for children. For larger groups there is a day bed in the lounge. From the lounge/diner, through the patio doors is a large wrap around decking. Ideal for catching sun all day. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome ( please notify on booking)

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and has receives great reviews from guests It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

Period cottage in the heart of Chichester, great for city breaks or a family holiday. 5 minute walk from the theatre and 1 for the high street. Children and dog friendly home.
