We offer a three floor apartment (120m2). At a canal in a trendy area, just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from the city center, this will be the perfect base to explore the city. Just around the corner there are many nice restaurants, supermarkets and a tramstop. But after you have climbed the stairs of our apartment you will find yourself in an oasis of serenity. With the highlight being the covered and heated roof terrace, where you could even do work outs.

Spacious cozy downstairs house a short distance from shops, beach and dunes. The house has a living/dining room with an open new kitchen with all amenities.
