The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m2 in size, has been lovingly renovated by us and the character is largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same plot as our house, so we are available if questions arise.

The cottage is located on the banks of the Milčany Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Ceske Lipa in a wonderful pine and March forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight.
