Guest suite on a quiet country property

This is a self contained guest suite attached to the main home. There is a separate entrance off the front veranda. Cooking facilities do NOT include a stove. There is a refrigerator, micro-wave, toaster, slow-cooker, coffee-maker, kettle and ample dishes and kitchen utensils. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ on the patio as well as the patio itself. NEW FOR 2021. We now have a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles. It has a J1772 Port. Please contact the host for rates and if you plan to use. Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by adults.

Nautical design two floors of open space living. Living area below with large living room with sofa bed and full kitchen with full bathroom and laundry. Upstairs has open loft bedroom large living area full kitchen and deck .full bathroom No private bedrooms,two separate floors for privacy. Best suited for family or two couples. Boat ride when available. Seasonal. You are right on the ocean in Brentwood Bay. 20 min from Victoria shops and restaurants close by.
