Many businesses in downtown Hot Springs had flooding and are still rebuilding and many were spared and are open! The house is open and airy with a big picture window looking out into the forest. Good chance of seeing wild life at this property. Our lawn is beautifully landscaped with different varieties of flowers all season long. The 4 person hot tub that sits up on a deck. The property is very secluded and quiet, yet close to many fun things. Including whitewater rafting, gem mining, shopping, restaurants and the Biltmore Estate.
