The apartment has sea views and is in a safe and secure apartment block with 24 hour security it also has undercover parking. The block has a large swimming pool as well as a baby pool which is located next to the braai area with jungle gym. The unit is on the beach close to a tidal pool. There is a coffee shop as well as a convenience store including laundry in the block as well.
