Once an organic herb farm, our 5-acre property in Walterville has 300' of McKenzie River frontage, big trees, and plenty of wide open space to enjoy. Relaxing country living on the river just 20-25 miles of downtown Springfield and Eugene. Within an hour upriver is the some of the most spectacular scenery in Oregon (think waterfalls and old growth trees!). You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath.
