Upstairs apartment for rent in historic house in Summerville. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, Living room, office, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig and ice maker. Minutes from downtown and the Medical District. Complimentary refreshment bar stocked with coffee and tea, bottle water, sodas and snacks. Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Access to the main house is closed. We do have dogs in the main house, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.

Outdoor seating with loveseat & 2 chairs. Summerville is centrally located, 2.5 miles from both downtown and Augusta National and close to the medical district, in a beautiful walking area of town.
