Lovely Central Apartment HV

Enjoy an amazing experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment is quiet, cozy, stylishly furnished and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Everything is in a walking distance - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, just across the sea garden and 5-10 minutes walk to the main district of the city center. There is a parking spot on the premises, which is only available under an extra charge. If you are interested please inquire about it in advance! Smoking is not allowed inside.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.

My appartment is in a great location with close proximity to the city center and less than 15 minute walk to the beach. The appartment has been fully furnished recently and prospective tenants will be one of the first to stay and enjoy the great ambience. Although not in the pictures, the appartment comes with clean bed linen, duvet and pillows. A fresh pair of hand and bath towels as well as soap. I am looking foward to welcoming you in my flat.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lazur 19 complex, at the entrance to the sea garden, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city center. The apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace and is suitable for accommodating 4 people. From the entire apartment there is a view of the sea and the sea garden. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.
