My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Location! Location! Location! Come stay with a super host! Best of the west side/Providence sweet quiet, safe street. Lovely 1st fl. Queen bedroom and 2nd twin bedroom. Fully equipped eat in kitchen. Big, bright living rm. w big sofa for great hang out area. All cotton linens, original art, hardwoods and oriental rugs! No need for a car, within walking distance to 20 eateries and restaurants and less than a mile to downtown. Liquor store, mini-mart, laundromat & bakery around the corner.

This home was featured in the June 2021 issue of SO RI magazine! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has a welcoming front porch with ocean views, an open concept family room w/ fireplace, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a park-like backyard. Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and 2nd bath has a standing rain shower with sprawling marble sink. House has towels, beach chairs and bikes.

Ideal rental for families and friends! Two fully equipped kitchens, two fully furnished outdoor spaces, oversized deck with grill, washer/dryer, sleeps 10 (2 King, 2 Queen, Full over Full bunk beds) 3 living spaces, 2 pack and plays, 2 full baths, outdoor shower, large yard, and central a/c in every room! We are long-time AirBNB guests who have tried to create the home we are always looking to book -- family friendly with modern amenities. Open floor plan on the main level, new heat and air con throughout the house, three bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. Art supplies, toys and children's books all ready for you as well as a pack n play and booster seat. Backyard oasis with pergola, walking distance to drawbridge. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
