Hi everyone, I am Stefan, Maro’s son. Welcome to my mother’s beautiful apartment in sunny Cyprus. The apartment is newly refurbished (70sq m): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 2 balconies. 1 bedroom is ensuite, the other has a sea view. Beds are all new and super comfortable. There is a shared pool, and you’ll have your own parking space. The nearest beach (called MATH) is only a few minutes away by car. The apartment is just a 10-min drive to Protaras, 15 min to Cape Greco and 20 min to Agia Napa.

My place is close to the beach (only 50 meters away). This self-catering, classy superior studio apartment was renovated in April 2018. It is bright, cutting-edge, spacious and comfortable with plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, kiosks, bars, clubs, restaurants and taverns around the complex. You’ll love my place because of its superb location, the views, the ambiance, the people. My place is good for couples, families (with an infant) and solo adventurers. Great value for money!

Best holiday choice for family

Beautiful, spacious 3 db bdr apartment, freshly redecorated with underfloor heating and ac, located in the hard of tourist area, cross a road from a sandy beach with eucalyptus park and children playground. All amenities right on the door step. Supermarkets, boutiques, cafes, restaurants , luna park, pharmacy, all you need for easy holiday! Aprt on the 3rd floor of residential block, with the large veranda where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue with family.

It is unique in Famagusta Old City. It is first Loft. Yellow stone walls and hand made details makes it special. Because the owner is Architect, it has special designed details. Whatever you need from a hotel, you may find better details. Special sleepers, breakfast, special preparation for your occasions, soft towels for everyone, fruits etc. House changing, renewing from month to month.. Cosy, modern, spacious accommodation in a central location. The apartment is conveniently located between the University of Nicosia and the European University (5-8 mins drive to each). The city centre is also just 5 mins away (or 25 mins on foot, if you enjoy walking). A number of cafeterias, mini-markets and taverns can be found within a 200m radius from the apartment. The best "souvlaki" is just by the corner!! Enjoy
