• Little Nook - A Peaceful Place To Stay •

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

Stunning large apartment, large private garden. Located in lovely village with wine bars/restaurants just minutes walk. Large open plan living area. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Perfect for cooking & with family/friends over a glass of wine. Welcoming & full of charm. 2 bed rooms. 1 King size & 1 double room 1 full size single pull out bed as an additional in the double bedroom. 7/8th sleeping space on super comfy L shape sofa. Early/late checking maybe possible fees start at £15.

Oak House, Leyland, 3min M6 - spacious and lovely

We are excited to be offering our newly renovated Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay. It is also a short distance from Manchester and Liverpool. With the indoor wood stove, new kitchen and bathroom, oak furniture, outdoor fire pit and garden overlooking a park, we hope you’ll find this a fantastic getaway.

Croston Traditional Town House, village location

A lovely newly renovated house situated in the historic village of Croston, built circa 1890. A 5 minute walk to the centre of this pretty village. Where 3 country pubs and 2 restaurants can be enjoyed. The house is equal walking distance to Croston’s small railway station, with regular links to Preston, Ormskirk and Liverpool. There is parking directly outside the front of property. You can relax in the sunny secluded South West facing garden which comes equipped with garden furniture.

This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

A beautiful house nestled in the centre of the historic village of Croston. Built in 1863, this gorgeous retreat is just opposite the village green, which is home to two popular (dog-friendly!) country pubs. See the parking notes for further parking details. The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex is a detached from the main house set within a beautiful landscaped garden, it has a spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate living area with dining table, settee and small fridge. The bedroom has a TV (Sky, Netflix, Apple, Paramount). There is tea and coffee making facilities and free access to strong WiFI . Parking for one car is at the front or side of the house. Well behaved pets are welcome.
