Relax, Unwind, Recharge in a Stunning, Secluded, Quiet Guesthouse in Bishops Court, Cape Town

This cottage oozes charm and character. It has an open plan feel although a beautiful mahogany screen divides the bedroom suite from the living area. Rose Cottage is a stand alone cottage on an acre property. Guests have access to the exquisitely maintained garden and the private and secluded swimming pool and pool house. There is parking available for one vehicle on the property. The main house is occupied by the owners and two dogs and a cat. There is a full time housekeeper and gardener on the premises.Rose Cottage is only serviced from Monday to Friday for between 11am and 12pm and not on the weekends and public holidays. The cottage is situated in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Bishops Court. Clifton, Kalk Bay, Simons Town, Cape Point, Constantia valley wine farms, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Table Mountain are all on our doorstep as are major shopping malls/restaurants. Bishops court is not close to public transport and guest either hire a car or make use of the ubiquitous Uber taxis. The property is fully alarmed with access to armed response.

Equipped with a queen size bed, sofa, table & chairs, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. Interior is light, modern and with a Scandinavian touch. 5-7 minute walk to Bakoven Beach, and 10-12 min walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, bars & coffee shops. Off street parking and private entrance. 2 min walk to a Superette.

A delightful, private, detached modern garden cottage with automated garage. Sleeps 2, self catering, with pool, garden, Smart HDTV, DSTV and free fibre WiFi. 5 minutes walk from the vibey Camps Bay beach front and restaurants. UPS is available for Wi-Fi/Internet during periods of load shedding (scheduled power cuts). Hosts Chris and Pat have been letting this unit for more than 20 years. They are on hand to ensure guests are comfortable and assist with their holiday plans.

Private cottage overlooking a beautiful lap pool on a lovely property in the quiet neighbourhood of Capri. Perfectly located close to Kommetjie, Noordhoek and Fish Hoek with magnificent sea views from the main house.
