Welcome to our 1912 Farm House. Our home was built over 100 years ago but has been fully updated with modern appliances, new flooring and fresh paint. We are less than 10 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport and 20 minutes to the University of Tennessee. The main floor of the home is wide open and can accommodate large groups. This property is located on Ft Loudon Lake. You can enjoy views of the lake from inside the kitchen or sitting on the back deck. Enjoy a walk anytime down to the water.

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Located in the Forest Lakes Community, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect cozy, chic getaway with private boat dock. Please note, as most homes in the mountains, internet can be an issue. Zito Media internet is provided, but we can’t guarantee a speedy resolution if there’s an outage as we are completely at the mercy of the internet provider in a remote area.

Amazing Lakefront home with private NEW dock

Relax with your whole crew in a peaceful, secluded house right on the lake. Spend the days paddling around in the supplied canoes, jumping off the dock into the crystal clear water and floating to your hearts content. The only sounds you will hear is the waterfall across the way and the streams that run on each side of the house. In the evenings enjoy dinner on the deck, drinks by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub.
