We welcome you to our fully renovated farmhouse accommodation where you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Located 25 minutes from Le Mans ( Circuit des 24h ) and 20 minutes from the ZOO de la Flèche, you will find everything you need within 5 minutes ( Pizzeria, Bakery, Supermarket...). Completely refurbished accommodation in 2021. Our four-legged friends are welcome, as long as we don't leave them alone in the property.

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. We offer a home in a newly restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. You can take advantage of our pleasant garden. This place is located near our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24H circuit.
