Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Near restaurants, beaches lakes and more. You can enjoy a big yard during the day and a beautiful, peaceful bone fire at night. Small pets allowed, 20 pounds or less:) NO SMOKING INSIDE PROPERTY, $50 PENALTY There will be a $20 charge per hour if you stay after check out time, check-out time is 11:00AM. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place as it's just walking distance to miniature golf or to the Lighthouse Bakery. You are walking distance to Dority’s for live music & food open on Friday & Sat. Ship & Shore is around the corner for groceries. Pirate's Bar & Grill plus the public beach is only a mile away. You can enjoy the patio on the deck or watch the amazing sunsets. Our rental is located in the middle of the island.

Large Beach Cottage, 4 beds, 3 baths.

Thanks for looking at my listing. The "Hamilton Beach House" Is newly refurbished and ready for your family's great vacation. We have redone the entire house inside, top to bottom! New paint, flooring, furniture, fixtures, electronics, mattresses, linens, housewares and more. We will not rent this house to anyone under the age of 26. This house is not available for Spring Break high school or college groups. This house is not available for parties of any kind.
