Facing Paris 16°, come and live an exceptional moment; a private terrace equipped with a Jacuzzi + a Sauna. Amazing views of the Seine, direct access to the Bois de Boulogne and Roland Gatros. A studio with kitchenette equipped with double bed and sofa bed + 1 double bedroom, shower room, toilet, make up this independent floor for you. 10 minutes to La Défense and Porte de Versailles by the T2. Private floor and terrace for you alone . Only the houseboat entrance is shared with me.

Access to the terrace, optional spa,deckchairs with the possibility of a barbecue and plancha.

independent Studio 20 m² in houseboat on the Seine in Neuilly sur Seine , 5 minutes on foot from the Underground Pont de Neuilly , line 1, surrounded by greenery in a idyllique quiet area, laundry , kitchen, private bathroom, all modern facilities. One double bed 140x190cm. Outside terrace with furniture and barbecue open to the tenants. The owners are living on the upper floor. Other tenants are living in their own studio on this boat.

Want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you in its warm universe. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the useful comforts to have a good stay.... The TOUE is equipped; of a small kitchen with a gas fire,sink a tray, a small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower(⚠the shower is only an extra 5 to 10 minutes of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people . The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This house boat is rented like a river cottage; it will not be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi by staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, riding stables, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
