Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

We are located right on the Spruce golf course, with a beautiful view. Want to travel to down town Traverse City? We are only 15 minutes away. Looking for a close place to the beach? We have that too, just 4 minutes down the road! All of Traverse City’s most popular wineries are only 15-20 minutes away. Horse show families, we are perfectly located for you!

My Happy Place - Gorgeous and Great Location!

This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

Recently remodeled 3-bedroom knotty-pine home, just south of town. Bath and a half with walk-in shower. 2 downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and bunkbeds, perfect for families. Upstairs bunkhouse sleeps 4 including 2 private sleeping cubicles. 12 beds plus sofas offers lots of sleeping quarters. Large wooded yard w/ lots of parking. Large fire pit w/ lots of chairs. 2-3 Miles to several beaches, boat launches, golf and disk courses.

Hot Tub Fire Pit Lakeview Foosball Table Disc Golf (not available in the winter) ***Due to the remote nature of the property, 4 wheel drive is highly recommended for the winter months.*** The cabin has a small A/C unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.

It is situated at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula and 5-10 minutes from downtown Traverse City depending on traffic. We absolutely love this home and know that you will too!
