Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Camps Bay Gorgeous Bright Spacious Home

Wake up to beautiful mountain views at a spacious, open-plan family home with plenty of natural light. Revitalise body & mind in the luxurious bath, or unwind on an outdoors just a block from idyllic Camps Bay beach. 6 adults, 2 children = total 8 guests Stunning open-plan space leading onto huge garden and pool with magnificent views of Lion's Head which is truly amazing to hike up & one of the best free things to do whilst in Cape Town. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. More than available to assist with any queries or information required during your stay - with pleasure! We go the extra mile - there's less competition there! Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. Check-out is 11am Check-in 2pm Either myself, my Dad, or brothers, Russ and Dean will be available to meet and give all guests access.

Descend the blue staircase and make breakfast in the modern kitchen. Original brick and stone details are whitewashed to brighten the classic aesthetic. Climb to the roof deck, unwind, and admire the breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Please note that in pick season the house is sold in full for 6 persons. GROUND FLOOR Entrance on sitting area with full bouquet dstv viewer Dining area with 6 seater table Fully furnished kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine One bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together as a king size bed if neded to. Batroom with bath/shower FIRST FLOOR 2 unsuite bedrooms with queen size beds and bathroom with shower ROOF TERRACE One small terrace with table for 6 seaters Large terrace with outside couches and fantastic view of Table Mountain Please respect the neighbours and the neighbourhood by limiting noise and disturbances. No loud noise after 11 pm. No parties please. Guests are expected to leave the house clean and report any damage or problems immediately. If you break something, please tell us. If it's a big deal, we may have to charge you for it. Please leave the guest bedrooms undisturbed. This is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted in the outside areas. Please use an ashtray! De waterkant is the most trandy area of Cape town. Top notch restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within safe walking distance as well as the vibrant Cape Quarter and the V&A Waterfront shopping mall. The MyCiTi bus service and taxi stands are all within few meters Guest can access the whole house and terrace. I give my guest space but I am available when needed Transport around Cape town with a professional tourist guide can be organized The house is in De Waterkant, also known as The Village, which is the only area in town where essential things can be done on foot. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful shops and a supermarket are nearby. The next Citi bus stop is just a few meters away. But we actually recommend Uber to get around. Their services are outstanding in Cape Town. Selbourne Lodge is a two-level modern town house with spectacular sea view and a contemporary interior. It offers a stylish open-plan lounge, dining- and kitchen area that leads to a charming outside terrace with BBQ facilities and a mini garden. The first floor houses two bedrooms; the master suite offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the bedroom leads onto a Sundeck with a panoramic sea view perfect for enjoying Cape Town’s picturesque sunsets.The Bedroom has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. In the event that a guest has departed the same day as a new guest is arriving, new guests are welcome to drop off their baggage before 14:00 hours.Once cleaning is complete 'check in' can be done. I will personally welcome you. Should I be out of town, a co-host will welcome you, or you can use the self check-in option. The townhouse is nestled in a cul-de-sac at the foot of Lions Head. Coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Sea Point beach promenade are just five minutes' walk away. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Clifton Beach are situated close by. My City buses and taxis are available from High Level and Main road, only a couple of minutes walking distance; Uber taxis are available within the whole of Cape Town, and are an easy, convenient, and inexpensive way of getting around avoiding traffic congestion and parking. Netflix is available for your entertainment; Wi-fi: unlimited 4mps line. For guests who book for more than 7 days, I offer a Extra Cleaning Service' of the apartment, after 7 days, or more frequently if requested, which includes laundering and changing the bed linen and towels, at a cost of R 400 payable direct to my cleaning staff. This cleaning session takes around 3-4 hours.

Simply beautiful space overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples and digital nomads. Ground floor of heritage house. Extensively renovated in 2017. Owner decorated with top quality finishes and touches. Very secure, central living in beautiful WIND FREE Bantry Bay. Expansive deck, indigenous garden, outside eating under the vines. Access to great restaurants - Camps Bay and Sea Point. Very unsuitable for small children. Access via many steps both up and down. Below the deck is a big wall and drop.

You’ll love the ocean views and the spectacular sunsets. Walk down the Clifton Steps to Victoria Road and then down to 2nd beach. Camps Bay is a stroll down the scenic Kloof Road and the V&A Waterfront a 10 minute drive. My place is great for 3 couples, business travellers, and families (plus sleeper couch for extra kids). 2 cars park securely, high speed fibre Wi-fi and Cable Tv with air conditioning in all the rooms and lock-up and go electric shutters with an alarm and security response.
