In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which includes a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (ca. 3 km) Reitverein/-stall - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (as well) Lütetsburg Palace - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection with public transport is not very cheap, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building from about 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelmhelm Bridge and the popular south-facing beach with various and good restaurants as well as bars. Large windows leave a lot of light in the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and a single bed. It is the perfect fit for a great stay with family and friends.

The Apartment (house half, 128 sq.m./outskirts Wüsting), surrounded by an enchanting artist garden with private entrance u. Terrace. Large eat-in kitchen & fireplace room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

You'll love the place because of the surrounding area that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "breakout-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible and plenty of room. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

The cottage is centrally located, in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and in 20km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can on a vacation. Please note all the Corona Ordinance of the State of Lower Saxony. At the moment, the 2G+ rule applies to accommodation establishments of any kind until February 22.
