The newly built low-energy house with 100sqm living space is idyllically located in the middle of nature and has a high-quality kitchen, underfloor heating & real wood parquet throughout the house, a daylight bathroom with ground-level shower, a king-size bed (200x180cm) and a light-flooded, spacious living room with Swedish stove. To highlight are the 2 terraces in south & west direction with private garden & beautiful view into the distance and absolute tranquility (no artificial light).

-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

New, modern and very bright wooden house for sole use, ideal starting point for adventurous families who want to discover Eastern Switzerland (near Connyland, Lake of Constance, Appenzell, Zurich, Lucerne, Schaffhausen). Ideal for families and large groups. Beautiful house on 3 floors, 12 beds. on 4 rooms. (Room 4 is available for more than 8 people or can be booked as an option) Our house has 175m² with 3 free parking spaces and a large garden and a view of the greenery, as well as a forest nearby. Bathtub and shower (washing machine + dryer). Home office no problem, office available. The proximity to Germany, such as Lake Constance and the mountains, rounds off your stay with us

Schwalbennest Ravensburg

At the top of the hillside above the shooting valley is our holiday home with views over the city landscape of Ravensburg and Weingarten. It is the "swallow's nest" – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg, which tells a special story. We preserved the former "washhouse" in which diapers were once washed for the then settled children's home and let it shine lovingly in new splendor. The special flair of this cottage was maintained.
