Centrally located in the fishing village of Bönan just outside Gävle with proximity to cafe, restuarants and fish smokery. Sunny, large garden plot with room for play and socializing. Balconies in several weather, balcony and porch facing the water. Simple standard with well-preserved turn-of-the-century charm. Beautiful nature, coastal trail, forest and bike paths. Golf courses and grocery store about 8 km. Bus to/from cetrum just outside the door.

Welcome to this quiet, newly built home in the heart of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, water and coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as a bathroom with shower. On the terrace outside the cottage there is a seating area 🙌 The property consists of two cabins: a fully equipped cabin with a 180 cm double bed and a 130 cm sofa bed and a small cabin next door with two 90cm beds (this one lacks running water 💧 N.B. Please inform me if you would like to use the little cottage 🏡

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Welcome to this cozy house in a private location just outside Årsunda. The nearest neighbors are the cows and the forest is behind the corner. Large garden with terrace and barbecue possibilities. 5.5 km to Strandbaden and central Årsunda where there are nice swimming opportunities, grocery store and restaurant. There are a total of 5 beds and another 2 in a sofa bed. Bedlinen and towels are offered at a cost. The guest is responsible for laundry and cleaning during their stay.

Lovely villa by the sea

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Perfect location next to quiet seaside bay and proximity to wonderful hiking trails and nice restaurants, only 15 minutes from Gävle city center. Large plot with lovely fruit trees and good opportunities for outdoor activities. The big house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The small cabin has 2 extra beds. For the golf enthusiast, it's close to Gävle Golf Club.

Suitable for private people and businesses that want the tranquility of the countryside. Horses in large gardens outside bedroom window. Only 10 minutes to Tierp. 4 km to Tobo train station and 30 min train ride to Gävle or Uppsala. Go on a day trip to the pine bay park or pitcher play golf in Örbyhus. On a warm day you can also take the car 10 min to Örbyhus outdoor bath. Enjoy the nice nature with berries and mushrooms.

Our home is a beautiful town house with a small private garden. It´s situated in the Old Town (Gamla Gefle). The house have been a star of the TV-show 'Who lives here' Vem Bor Här Here are cobbled streets with patterns partly from the Middle Ages. Many of the houses are from the 18th century. Nearby you can choose from more than twenty restaurants.
