On the ground floor of a family bastide, overlooking the road, next to a large vegetable garden...A new 75 m2 apartment including 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200 + 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 x 200 and 1 trundle bed of 90 x 200, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. Rmq: Rooms don't look outdoors.

The apartment also has a private space in the residence, closed by an electric gate.
