Originally the 2nd floor of our family's house, you'll feel at home. Best for mellow groups who turn in early. "Charlie's Room" has sitting area, dining area, kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, electric skillet, crockpot steamer, coffeepot, electric kettle, toaster, NO oven/stove) "Bubba's Room" has small balcony, dresser & chairs. "Jake's Room" has a desk, chair, bunk bed (full bottom twin top) & a twin loft bed. Access to shared grill & outdoor shower. Not a parties. Quiet hrs 10pm

Games, puzzles, and kids books for entertainment. Washer and dryer free in unit. Open concept living, very clean and comfortable. Sit on the front porch to enjoy the bay view and salt air. Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.

Compact, modest private space with micro balcony, no views. Entryway tends to be noisy, particularly at night. Furnished with IKEA, decor by Goodwill. STAIRS 2ND FLOOR!!! NO CATS. ONLY DOGS fee $10/night (1-6 nights), $2/night (7+ nights), must be crated or wear bark collar. SmartTV, HuluLive, Netflix, AppleTV. Walkable to everything, free on-street parking. Safe neighborhood. Anne's Deli next door M-F 6am-10pm, Sat 7am-10pm, Sun 8am-5pm. Early/late check-in/out available at 1pm for $20.

Perfect house for small/large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 3-day week rental in July and August. Free use of beach badges, chairs, & umbrellas. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom. Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available.
