The property is close to the water. Only 300m walk and you can reach the magnificent sandy beach. The holiday home is located on a 6000 m² fenced nature plot in the dune forest in the small holiday home settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is great for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and surrounded by nature.

For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city border 5 km away. In 15 minutes you can reach the island of Rügen by car on the island of Rügen. Arrival by train is also possible (about 5 minutes walk to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. There is an opportunity for extra bed.

From the terrace you go to the gazebo. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette. A 4-burner induction hob, oven and dishwasher as well as kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also provided. The couch has a sleeping function and the Smart TV 49 ". From the separate bedroom you enter the shower bath with toilet. The box spring bed is 1.80 meters wide

Holiday bungalow on Usedom

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has only two cats. My farm dog Brutus is unfortunately in the dog sky. Breakfast NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and the property are not suitable for toddlers, as there is a small garden pond near the house.

Comfortable & Quiet Holiday Home

Quiet & in the idyllic garden, our holiday home is located in Bergen on Rügen. Here is space for 2-4 persons & in just 8 km you are on the magnificent beach. Also a nice terrace, a garden, parking & barbecue are available free of charge. The cottage is very well equipped. Shopping facilities are 5 min away. No spa tax.
