Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. The house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will be able to relax,rest and enjoy your holidays!

Our fully equipped home offers hospitality to max 5 guests, who will be accommodated in a two-level apartment of totally 140 sqm, in 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom and in a convertible single sofa - bed. The cozy interior of our home, with its sofa and the dining area will make you feel like home. Prepare your breakfast/meal at the kitchen by making use of all the facilities. Enjoy your morning coffee in the yard and your meal in the terrace, so that you feel the vibes of the Greek ancient spirit. Our home offers privacy with the two separate level master bedrooms. Apart from the main entrance, a second one is leading directly to the second bedroom. The living room sofa can accommodate an extra guest. For families travelling with baby, facilities for our little guests are available. Work space to place your laptop and keep your notes is at your disposal. The entire House, including living room area, kitchen, bedrooms, the yard and of course the terrace, is available to our guests. The new home is located in the town centre on a hill, next to a small wood, with a view to the olive groves and the city which can be seen in the distance. It is ideal for a family with kids because there is a garden. The airport is a 5 minute drive and the Rafina harbor is 10 minutes by car. The building is full of the Athenian light. It is located in the highest part of the town of Spata yet it is only 150 metres from the town centre, near the supermarket, bakeries, coffee shops and pharmacy.

Lithos house 24 hour transport city/airport

Lithos house it's a contemporary interior design house , with traditional greek touches and modern stuff. You will find a kitchen to cook, a bathroom , and a big room which is the bedroom and there is an ability to use two extra single beds. There is a smart tv connected to netflix. Its a ground floor apartment and its very good option for people with mobility difficulties further more there is a strong wi-fi for professionals. Rich light and view of the surrounding nature fruit trees herbs, olive trees and grapes . Comfortable parking erea, close to: 12 min to Athens airport, 2 min to metro, 5 min to Greece bigest Zoo, 5 min Mc. Arthur designers outlet open mall, 25 min to Athens center.. It's beter to use the metro to visit the center of Athens, our metro station "KANTZA" is 3min from the house by car, you can park there for free and in 25min you can be at syntagma Square, monastiraki or Acropolis :-)

Small cozy house few minutes away from the airport, close to public transport that can either take you to the beach,mc arthur designer outlet or athens center. There are many restaurants nearby with all types of food, everything within walking distance. There is also a mini market 50meter away and a super market 500m away. Very flexible on checking in and out time. Can help you store your luggages if you are going to take a trip to the islands and then return, ask us about it!
