Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Exclusive unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The closed residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean designed private house only ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of her bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance so that your holiday will be a real dream holiday.

The cottage with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. Beautiful panoramic views of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal are available from the terrace. The location is perfectly suited for nature hiking and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are a 40-60-minute drive by car. The house has about 60 m² and also includes a sauna.
