Take a breath at Peakes Brook Cabin, our cozy and private cabin on a pond, with the brook steaming beside it. Somewhat Off-Grid with hotel comfort touches. Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and love to Glamp. It's a Dry cabin, meaning NO RUNNING WATER, but you'll be covered in most bathroom and kitchen needs. If staying more than one night, a shower at our house is welcomed. The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.

A premiere lake front home on Otsego lake; Cooperstown's perfect multi-family vacation home! 10 minutes to downtown Cooperstown, Hall of Fame and restaurants. 15 minutes to Dreams Park and 30 minutes to All Star Village. Unwind: enjoy the hot tub, sauna and steam bath, relax in the hammock. Take to the lake: swim, fish, boat, kayak. Otsego is the region's BEST lake! Safe and easy car parking for you and your guests. Docks are in June 1st to Sept 1 and sometimes longer.

Luxury Cooperstown Area Lake Home with Amenities!!

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays with check in/out days consistent with the Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule. The 2025 season runs from 5/25-8/29/25 and the schedule is depicted in our photos. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!
