From this beautiful 2 rooms of 55 m2 quiet and well insulated, with a real bedroom on the courtyard side and a sofa bed in the living room, you will enjoy the bay of Cancale, its oysters, its beaches, its restaurants, Saint Malo and the Mont Saint Michel nearby. You will have your meals facing the bay of the Mont Saint Michel. The apartment is fully equipped with sheets, towels, dish towels, etc.. Animals are not accepted, beach towels for rent (10€ per towel, please ask in advance)

4 windows facing south, renovated, exceptional views,

South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbor which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

Duplex with magnificent views of the port of Bas Sablons and Dinard, in the 1st row for sunsets on Cape Frehel! With an area of 45 m2, completely renovated in 2019 with quality equipment. Nearby: Bas-Sablons beach, restaurants, shops, market. It only takes 10 minutes to walk through the dike to reach the intramural. Superb walks around like the Solidor Tower, the city of Aleth with the view of Dinard, the port of Bas-Sablons.
