Single-family home of 230 m2 in a quiet child-friendly residential area. Good sun conditions. Short drive to great swimming opportunities both in the sea, river (Nidelva) and fresh water. About 6-7 min drive to Arendal city center. There is a bus to the city every hour about 5 minutes walk from the residence. Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Bed space for about 10, but we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

The cleaning surcharge is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean themselves.

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Stay in quiet surroundings 5 minutes from the sea on Søm in Kristiansand. Large space in 108 sqm apartment. Walking distance to the beach and bus stop, 10 minutes to the zoo, 11 minutes to the city center. 4 bedrooms, parking and playground. Lovely balcony with lots of sun. Access to electric car charger 3 min away. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for 200kr per person.

Newly renovated place right outside of Kristiansand. 3 bedrooms. Living/diningroom with fireplace. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. First floor is rented out to a lovely family. There might be some noise from them when they leave / enter the house. Other than that really quiet. Mark there is a short walk up to the house from the garage/parking place. (Uphill)
