One of a very few properties located on the lake in the Panajachel area with direct access to one of the most picturesque beaches on the lake. This home, comprised of three buildings -- the main house with two bedrooms, a detached bedroom with bathroom and a separate guest cottage with two bedrooms, epitomizes rustic elegance. Located on the outskirts of Panajachel, outside the hussle and bustle, you can walk to the center of town in 10 to 15 minutes, or go by tuk tuk or car in five minutes.

La Casa Bonita del Lago is a stone and wood lakefront house, very bright, w/ amazing views, surrounded by more than 1,000 m2 of gardens and with private and direct access to the beach. Located in a charming and green residential area, which is only 5 min by tuktuk (or 20 min walking) from San Pedro la Laguna's bustling commercial area. The best internet Wi-Fi in the area —fiber optic cable— and a nice working area. Free parking near the property.

Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lake Front Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
