Our house is located in the village of Villiers au Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with a closet, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a shower room with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with table and garden chairs as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.
