A utility room, kitchenette, living room with fireplace and terrace on the first floor and parking garage for squares with pats on the ground floor . Located on a central and quiet street in the Riells neighborhood. 350 meters from the beach and next to all amenities like supermarket , bread bakery, pharmacy and entertainment for the kids.
