Atmospheric detached studio

In this comfortably renovated former garage next to our house, you can comfortably come home after a long walk or a day of shopping in Haarlem. Amsterdam is also close by. Enjoy a weekend getaway close to the beach and dunes. By bike you can reach the beach in less than half an hour and in National Park Kennemerduinen you can spend hours hiking and cycling. Swimming in the sea or in the dune lake is also wonderful! At the studio you can rent a men's bike and a women's bike for €10,- per bike per day.

Nice cozy guest house with double doors to a terrace with lots of evening sun, all equipped, in a rural area, close to water sport facilities (Kaag eiland). Highway access 2 minutes away, free parking, close to Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem (30 min) and beaches in Katwijk and Noordwijk (20 min). Nearest shops / supermarkets are in Nieuw Vennep (Hoogvliet or Jumbo, 5 minutes). Ideal position for cycling routes to the green hart and the coast. Due to renovation, sauna is unavailable until mei 2024.

We are located the most beautiful areas of Holland. Great for nature lovers and cyclists. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A super de luxe cottage equipped with sauna and fireplace. Simpel kitchen block. Lovely terrace in a big garden with dining table. Secure free parking.

Beautiful garden suite with free parking

I am proud and happy to rent a 2-person garden suite in my country house separate from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renovated in Dec 2022). There is free parking on the property and there is a private terrace. The Heemstede Aerdenhout station is across the street where you can rent bicycles (max. 20 minutes cycling to Zandvoort, 10 min cycling to Haarlem!). 23 min by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

Mijn ruimte is vlakbij Heemstede-Aerdenhout train station, from there 20 minutes to Amsterdam or Leiden Central station (every 15 minutes). A 15 minute travel to the historical centre of Haarlem or beach and Formula 1 racing circuit in Zandvoort. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance.. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen (met kinderen).
