Our self-contained, well equipped Annexe is converted from cattle sheds & a horse engine room. It's light & spacious and adjoins the timber framed barn where we live. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's peaceful, tranquil & relaxing. The Snug is beautifully converted studio, attached to the farmhouse but totally self-contained. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Brook Lodgings - centrally located with EV Charger

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
