Living in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls, offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to 4 people. It has been lovingly renovated by us by 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy little bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go by mountain bike or by foot directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Beautiful, newly renovated 2 room/kitchen/bathroom apartment with balcony. Neustadt-Hambach at the foot of the Hambach Castle .. absolutely quiet location.. vacation in the "Tuscany of Germany" ..extensive hiking trails through the Palatinate Forest to castles and castles.. mountain bike Eldorado.. great gastronomy, wine festivals and Palatinate warmth for deep relaxation.. outdoor swimming pool, shopping market and bank within walking distance.. good public transport connection... pronounced, versatile cultural scene... we are happy to advise you!

The renovated city house (19th JH), with an artistic flair, in the middle of Neustadt, located in a quiet side street, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, living room with kitchen, 4 shower rooms, 2 terraces and balcony, especially suitable for friends who want to have a private area on vacation together: like a private bathroom and a private floor. In the living room there is a nostalgic stucco ceiling, the whole house has (partly renovated old) wooden floors. The alternately issued paintings are for sale.

Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Our luxurious apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the wine pavilion Koch and Scherr winery. Directly behind the house the vineyards begin. An ideal location for walking and noting in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and infants are desired. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly Outdoor swimming pool very close !

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking lovers. We start directly from the house to the Jungpfalzhütte. In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winegrower's house built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery, which invites you to stay outdoors.
