Location, location, location! Close to it all! Less than a 5 minute walk to all the best of Saratoga's restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. walking distance to the track, two blocks to downtown, museums, shopping, parks, and movies. Trolley and bus goright past the house to SPAC, golf, Racino, etc. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pet $15/night with prior approval, ). Fantastic weekend spot! Can accommodate up to 3 people.

PLEASE NOTE: This house is in a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood. I have great neighbors. All guests MUST AGREE to adhere to the HOUSE RULES including absolutely NO LOUD NOISE or MUSIC after 10:30 pm or PAY A FINE of $500. Comfortable space in Saratoga with private back yard, hot tub, and outdoor dining. Walking distance to downtown and a short drive to SPAC or the track. Enjoy relaxing in the shade or barbecuing for friends. Off street parking available. Comfortable for 6, tight fit for 8!

Lake George/ Adirondacks/Saratoga retreat

**Please also read "other things to note" before booking our home. Thank you!* Our single-level home is in a safe, residential neighborhood. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
