STUNNING BOUTIQUE ACCOMMODATION ROMSEY TOWN CENTRE

Thanks for viewing our boutique accommodation in Romsey town centre. On Love Lane ...A tastefully designed large bedroom and en suite. The accommodation also boasts a very secluded exclusive courtyard to relax. It's contactless entry throughout so very private. Parking is very cheap in near by car park. Free at weekends. We are literally 2 mins from bars, restaurants and great shopping. Romsey has a train station and v close to Southampton Airport. New Forest National Park 10 mins away.

Guest suite in wing of oak framed cottage. Situated in farmland between the picturesque villages of Old Basing and Newnham . Charming sitting room with log burner and views. Spacious garden and terrace with covered verandah and furniture. Simple breakfast provided. Private entrance. King bed. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Lovely guest room with own entrance

Lovely new decorated room with ensuite. Eastleigh area SO506DJ You have your private entrance to your place. Small Fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee provided. Super fast mesh WiFi up to 200mbps. Key less check-in system. Will send you the code for check in after booking. Small garden in front of the room. You can sit under the sun, listen to birds from the hedge and drink your coffee. Only 1 mile to the Eastleigh train station. 5 minutes walk to the river itchen.

Self contained annexe in peaceful & rural location

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.
