Glide from bedroom, to sauna, to open terrace at a sophisticated apartment with striking contemporary flourishes. Windows soar to 5m-high ceilings, and circular mirrors sparkle in the light. Parquet floors and fluffy textiles add depth and warmth. Please notice that we are taking extra care to disinfect our space due to COVID-19 to make sure our guests feel comfortable. Two floor loft is situated on top floor, has sauna, balcony and open terrace. There are 3 rooms and all amenities for a pleasant stay. It’s ideal stay for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. There is open living room with nice modern kitchen including all utensils needed for cooking. Bedroom on 1st floor has 2 comfortable single beds, wardrobe, darken curtains. Bedroom on 2nd floor with queen-size bed is open to living room downstairs. Living room sofa-bed can be opened for 2 if needed. 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilets, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, flat TV and high-speed WiFi. The floor is from wooden parquet, ceiling is 5 m high, there are large windows and sea view. Safe parking space in the building is available on request. Our apartment is meant for families or trustful group of friends. Parties, events or loud noise are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking, smoking is allowed only outside the building. Luxury sea view apartment

We have a modern apartment with an amazing seaview. You can enjoy it on the balcony where we have a nice seating area. There is one bedroom, living room and a kitchen, plus 1,5 baths. NB! Our apartment recently suffered some water damage from above. You can see some discoloration in two places, in the bathroom and near the entry. Working on fixing it asap! :) NB2! There's some construction work being done nearby so if you are sensitive to noise please contact me before booking and I can give you an update on that! :)

Cozy apartment, 7 min tram ride to the Old Town

Bright and cozy flat next to the popular Kalamaja district is sunny and surrounded by greenery. NOT IN THE CITY CENTER- 7 min tram ride to Old Town, 5 min to Railway Station, 45 min to airport. A few tram stops away is Telliskivi Loomelinnak with all it’s amazing cafes/restaurants, interesting happenings and a market. 3 min walk to a shopping center with a grocery store . 7-15 min walk to Seaplane Harbour, Noblessner Harbour, Kalamaja Park.
