Cozy loft with perfect location and park view

This charming loft is superbly located and has everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is well-equipped and cozy for two (a third can fit on a convertible sofa bed). Relax in the park with a playground, enjoy the new and vibrant sea area, visit museums, eat pizza or sushi, or stroll to the well-stocked shopping center. Old Town is also within walking distance. There are many transportation options (from rental to public). There is a possibility of renting bikes from us (max 2).

The house itself is still in the process of renovation, thou our studio provides a delightful blend of modern comfort and old-world charm.
