The guest apartment ( FULLY RENOVATED FINISHED BASEMENT) is an addition to our luxurious home. A 2 bedroom apartment with one king sized bed, Queen sized bed and a plush leather pull out sofa. Pool l table. Large in ground pool, 2 cabana beds, fire pit and dining table. Pool and gated backyard is exclusive to guests. We include netflix, hulu and hbo max. THE (HEATED) POOL IS OPENED IN MAY AND CLOSED LATE SEPTEMBER. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning. The pool is exclusive to guests.

Located off of Northampton St. this 2nd floor apartment is close to I-91, I-90 & 391 making for quick & easy travel! There is a beautiful park up the street including a playground, hiking trails and dog park. The Holyoke Mall is located nearby and there is a Walgreens 0.3 miles away. Free street parking. This apartment has one queen bed, two twin beds & a futon in the sun-room if needed for extra guests. This is a private apartment with kitchen, laundry and bathroom all to yourself!

Secluded but not isolated Berkshire Retreat

1.5 bedroom 1.5 bath self contained apartment (apprx. 950 sq ft ) attached to the main house set on a secluded 5.5 acre lot 2.9 miles from downtown Great Barrington . There is a CB2 day bed in the living room that sleeps an additional 2 people comfortably. Extra charge of $25/night +tax if the extra bedroom is used in 2 person reservations. $20 extra cleaning fee for reservations of 4 or more. During heating season not suitable for children under 5 because of pellet stove. .

Enjoy your stay at my family orientated quiet and clean 2nd floor unit in the beautiful highlands of Holyoke. Great neighborhood with big beautiful old homes full of charm. 3 minutes to interstate 91 and a grocery. Close to Six Flags and all the colleges, Northampton and Amherst. Private second floor porch and parking on the street directly in front of the home. The host lives in the home on the first floor. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with many conveniences nearby.

Enjoy the casinos, beaches, lakes and plenty of attractions all while feeling at home once returning back to my apartment. This is a 3 bedroom apartment equipped with all the amenities necessary. 50" Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, fast wifi connection, Comfortable beds, and fresh linens. Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are within a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions.
